Whenever we visit Walt Disney World, I always appreciate the convenience of
Disney PhotoPass Service. I'm not the best about taking pictures on our vacations, and it's so nice to have those hard-working photographers around the theme parks to capture the magical memories!
Memory Maker is a great option, as you can get all of the photos from your vacation for one price, including Character experiences and some really cool Magic Shots.
Currently there is not a DVC discount for Memory Maker, although you can receive a discounted price if you purchase it at least 3 days before your arrival. Be sure that you're logged into your
My Disney Experience account when you buy your Memory Maker to ensure that it's linked to you! If you have a Walt Disney World
Annual Pass, you can also add an option for unlimited PhotoPass downloads for an additional fee.
Teri, I highly recommend checking out the
Membership Magic Beyond option to add all sorts of pixie dust to your trip. There are a number of great benefits associated with this add-on, including special Character experiences, priority access to the
Member Lounges, and most importantly for your purposes...a 30-day Memory Maker entitlement! I added Membership Magic Beyond last year, and the Memory Maker benefit was the #1 reason why! Since I did not have an Annual Pass when our family traveled to Walt Disney World that summer, purchasing MMB was a great choice for us. Not only did I get to download all of our favorite photos from the trip, but we took advantage of several of the other benefits.
