As a DVC member I would like to book a dvc resort but would like to do it by the cash option.

    Hi Sheryl,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I called to check your question with a cast member at Disney Vacation Club Member Services, and she verified for me that as a Disney Vacation Club member, you can call Disney Vacation Club Member Services to book reservations at the Disney Vacation Club Resorts using cash.  This is your best option because there might be discounted cash rates available to Disney Vacation Club members that the cast members at Disney Vacation Club Member Services can offer you, if they are available for your travel dates and accommodation.  I suggest that you give Disney Vacation Club Member Services a call at 1-800-800-9800.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Sheryl!  Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
