Alicia, I'm glad you stopped by with your question as we all, like Moana embarking on her quest, are navigating uncertain seas. As a fellow
Disney Vacation Club Member who will also be arriving in August without tickets, I have a special appreciation for this question.
Alicia, as Maui guided Moana, I am here to help.
My first recommendation, IF the two family members you referenced live in your home, would be to call and speak with a Cast Member through
Disney Vacation Club Member Services. Through Member Services you are able to
purchase Annual Passes and renew if they have not expired (
should your family be household members). Alternatively, I would recommend calling the
Passholder support line at (407) 939-7277 and speaking to a Cast Member in that department about your specific situation and what your options might be. Finally, since there are quite a few explorers calling in right now, make sure to allow yourself adequate wait time,
whip up your favorite Disney food at home and queue up Disney+ while you're on hold.
