I have a DVC hotel reservation 2/7/21-2/13/21. On the DVC website both my husband and I are on the reservation. However when I go to my Disney experience my husband is not listed. How do I add him on the my Disney experience side of the software?

Greetings Maryellen! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your planning question. From one Disney Vacation Club Member to another, welcome home!

A February getaway to the Most Magical Place on Earth sounds wonderful. While Elsa is making things chilly up north, you'll be sitting poolside enjoying the Florida sunshine! Maryellen, sometimes when I make a reservation on the Disney Vacation Club website, the My Disney Experience site doesn't automatically recognize all of the Guests in my party. This happened to me just a few weeks ago when I was completing online check-in for an upcoming visit to Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge

To match your husband to the reservation you'll want to first locate your reservation under the My Plans section of My Disney Experience. You might see a message that prompts you to match one or more Guests to the reservation. Click on that message and use the drop-down menu to select your husband's name from a list of My Family & Friends that should appear. When I did this recently, I got an error message that kept me from matching my husband to our reservation. If this happens to you as well, Hakuna Matata! The friendly folks at My Disney Experience can help you untangle this knot. I made a quick call to (407) 939-4357 and a Cast Member was able to quickly resolve the issue.

Maryellen, once this is sorted out, let the planning begin! If you and your husband already have valid theme park tickets linked in your My Disney Experience account, you can begin reserving theme park days with the recently debuted Disney Park Pass System. This new online tool is one way Walt Disney World is preparing to welcome Guests back home to a whole new world of magic.

If you have any questions about the new system, don't hesitate to come back and see us again. As you continue to plan for your upcoming vacation, I recommend following the Disney Parks Blog and checking the Know Before You Go page to be up to date on the latest news. It's a great, big, beautiful tomorrow out there, and we are ready to return to the magic!

Thanks again for stopping by, and we'll see ya real soon!
