Hi Amanda! Thanks for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! As the Walt Disney World Resort prepares for
Returning to a World of Magic, I think other Guests are wondering about that same question!
I am happy to share that the Walt Disney World Resort has a user-friendly way for Guests to check park availability through the new
Disney Park Pass System! I am really loving this system as I learn more about it! You can
view park availability online through this new system!
Once you land on the
park availability page on the
Walt Disney World Resort website, you will see a monthly calendar. In your case, click to the August 2020 calendar where you will find a day-to-day, color-coded calendar. Good news! I just checked August and, as of this posting, that month is all coded as green which means that all four Disney Parks are currently available in the month of August. If you see the color yellow posted on a day that means some of the parks are available. If yellow, you can see which parks are available and which parks are not available by simply looking below the calendar where you will see each park listed by name and availability. Park availability is subject to change as Guests continue making their park reservations, so be sure to check the calendar regularly until you are ready to reserve your own parks days!
Amanda, I hope this information has been helpful to you! Come back to visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have other questions as you continue planning for your August visit!
