Annette, while there are many perks offered to Disney Vacation Club Members, there is NOT a discounted ticket offer for this Halloween party. While this likely isn't the news you were hoping for, I will direct you to
THIS PAGE that lists all restaurants and shops at the Disneyland Resort that currently offer a discount to Disney Vacation Club Members. I constantly have my "blue card" handy to save a few dollars where I can (because that means I can get an extra treat later!).
