          Yes, using Disney gift cards is a great, practical way to carry your money in Walt Disney World!  I used Disney gift cards only on one of my recent vacations in Walt Disney World and it worked great!  I purchased meals, drinks, and snacks as well as souvenirs using only a Disney gift card.  Also if you have an Apple iPhone, there is an app that lets you access your Disney gift card balance on more than one card.
