    During our trip to Disney, we will have 6 full days. While we are in Florida, we have also have plans for one day with family.I purchased a 5 days hopper pass. Do we have to use our passes for 5 days in a row?

    No, you don't have to use your days in a row.

    If your ticket is a regular Magic Your Way Ticket with the Park Hopper option, you have 14 days from the first day you begin using your ticket to "spend" all of the days on it before it expires.  Of course, you can always pony up and upgrade the ticket after that to a non-expiring ticket if you have any unused days, but it sounds like your plan for your days works just fine.
