During our stay at Disney World we will be changing hotels. Is there anyway to have our luggage transported from the one hotel to the other without us having to do it and waste valuable park visiting time.

    Hi Victoria!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question.
When you say 'changing hotels' I'm guessing that you mean that both hotels you're staying at are Walt Disney World Resort Hotels? If so - then no problem!

On the morning of your check-out from one resort, simply call your resort Bell Services Desk to request a luggage pick up from your room. If you're hoping to enjoy a nice, full day in the parks, I'd recommend that you make this call early as it can often take as much as 30-60 minutes for Bell Services to arrive for your pick up and you must be present in the room for your luggage to be retrieved. When you call, let the Cast Member know that you're moving to another Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and that you'd like to have your luggage transferred. They'll take down the details regarding the number of pieces being transferred and the Disney Resort location they're being sent to.

When the Bell Services Cast Member arrives at your resort room, he or she will confirm the details with you, tag all of your luggage and provide you with a 'claim tag' portion. You'll then be all set to head off for a full day of magic in the parks!

At the end of the day, head to your new resort property and check in. You can then retrieve your luggage from Bell Services at the resort, or request that they send it to your room at that time. If you're able to stop by your second resort midday to complete the check-in process there, your luggage can be sent directly to your room when it arrives. You don't need to be present in the room to have your luggage delivered, however your resort check-in needs to be completed before your bags can be delivered to your assigned room.

I hope this helps you out Victoria!
Please write me back if I may assist you further.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
