Hi Eunji!
Welcome back to planDisney! I can tell you're a planner (just like me!) and want to know exactly how your dining plans will work with your split stays. It sounds like you have an amazing trip planned and we want to make sure you can enjoy it to the fullest!
Both the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan and the Disney Dining Plan offer great options to guests during their vacations. The
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan is perfect for those who like to be more spontaneous with their dining options offering two Quick-Service meals per night in addition to one snack or non-alcoholic beverage per night and a Resort-Refillable mug. On the contrary, the
Disney Dining Plan allows an opportunity to plan for meals at both Table-Service and Quick-Service restaurants in addition to one snack or non-alcoholic beverage per night and the Resort-Refillable mug. I love that you'll get to experience both of these on your vacation!
Eunji, the dining plans are associated separately with each one of your reservations. You'll have access to the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan from your arrival until 11:59 PM of your checkout day from the first stay. The meals for your Disney Dining Plan won't become available until check-in day for stay #3 and will expire at 11:59 PM on the final day of your vacation. Unfortunately, you won't have access to all of your meals for your entire vacation at the beginning of the trip since they will be separated by each reservation.
Before I leave, I'd like to share a few handy tips about the dining plans that I've learned over the last few weeks. At dining plan locations, you will be able to redeem Quick-Service meals using
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering in your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. The app will recognize when you've added the items for a Quick-Service meal and ask you if you'd like to redeem a meal or pay. You'll also be able to track how many meals and snacks you have remaining from the app. I also like to find ways to maximize the value of my meals and snacks. My panelist pal,
Jennifer, was just at Walt Disney World Resort recently and found some of her best values on the dining plan at
Tusker House Restaurant,
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera, and
La Hacienda de San Angel. She also shared that some of the best snack values may be found at the EPCOT festivals. You can keep an eye out for the purple and white dining plan symbols on food kiosks and snack locations around the park for snack-eligible items!
Eunji, I hope this information is helpful as you continue to plan for your upcoming vacation. You're always welcome to be our guest here at planDisney and we hope you come back to see us again real soon!
Cheers,
Kristi
