During a split stay, will we still be able to charge to our Magic Bands on the day we are in between hotels (after checking out of resort #1, but before checking in to resort #2)?

    Hi Meghan!

Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your awesome question about MagicBand charging privileges for Disney Resorts Collection hotel Guests.

Meghan, you must be so excited about your upcoming split stay. Experiencing two Disney Resorts Collection hotels during one vacation sounds positively magical!

I am thrilled to share with you that yes, you will still be able to use your MagicBands for purchases in between your Disney Resorts Collection hotel stays. MagicBand charging privileges remain in place until midnight on check-out days.

Essentially, your charging privileges will overlap, allowing you to continue purchasing food, snacks, souvenirs, and other Walt Disney World Resort merchandise. Woo-hoo, Meghan!

Meghan, as you prepare for your upcoming visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth during the phased reopening, I encourage you to bookmark the experience updates page. This page is constantly updated with information on face coverings, Disney Park Pass theme park reservations, social distancing protocols, and contactless payment options.

If you have any additional questions, please visit planDisney again. We are all EARS!

    Wishing you a Magical Vacation,
