During Mickeys not so scary Halloween how do they close the park to the public at 7:00 if you're already there how do they get everyone out?

Hi Terri! Disney has quite a system for this and it works very well. Around 6:30pm on the nights of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party you will see cast members holding signs and they start sweeping the park. This means that they will start in the back of the park and walk in lines toward the front. They announce that all guests must leave unless they are wearing a wrist band designating they have bought the extra event ticket for the night. Most guests understand and follow the directions and exit on time.

At 7pm all shops restrict entrance by guests to only those who have the wristbands on. There are cast members at all doors regulating this. At several times cast members will ask to see your wrist bands and cast members manning the attractions will be looking for the wristbands before allowing guests on the ride.

Even guests who have found spots to watch the parades on Main Street will be asked to show their wristbands at times to prevent day guests from staying to watch the parades. This is fair to those who have spent the extra money to enjoy the park with fewer crowds during the special event parties.
