    Hi! During our last visit to WDW I got tickets with no expiry options. My kids did not, despite my request, write their names on their tickets. There are still days left, but I don't know whose is whose, to link them. What can I do?

    Thank you for sending your question to planDisney. You have your own treasure chest of magical goodies with those no expiration Walt Disney World theme park tickets waiting to be used for another adventure! 

    To help you find the proper owner of each ticket, you have two options. The first is to email the Help Center with the question. You will want to select "Existing Ticket Inquiries" for the subject. The other option is to call (407) 934-7639, which is the number for questions about existing tickets. A cast member will be able to help you sort through the tickets.

    Meanwhile, you can do lots of day dreaming about your next visit to Walt Disney World, including the finals months of the 50th Anniversary celebration. If we can help with any further questions, please let us know. -Kara
