Hi Julie -
Time just zoomed by there, didn't it? 16 years old and she'll be having her own fun at the
Vibe on your upcoming voyage. Wow - my daughter is the same age, and sometimes I still can't believe how quickly they've turned into young ladies. While you and your husband enjoy a gastronomic experience at Palo, your princess will be on her own (enjoying herself of course) at the Vibe. Unlike the Oceaneer Club/Lab, there is no planned meal times at the Vibe since the kids are free to leave on their own, whenever they feel like it. Most kids will usually get hungry around the same time - so they may even just plan on eating 'on the fly'... and go together to grab a burger, pizza or chicken strips at the
quick service food stations by the pool deck. She can also go over to
Cabanas to enjoy the buffet there. You might end up bumping into her and her friends on deck -- ice cream in hand, which is very common. She'll need to know that there is no additional cost, so she can feel free to order away!
Remind her that she must
not miss the 1st night's Ice Breaker activities at the Vibe. It's the perfect time to meet new friends when everyone is somewhat awkward altogether :-). Check the Personal Navigator for the times -- but it will likely be shortly before and/or after dinner service.
Please do let us know if you have any additional questions that we can help answer for you. And -- don't forget your pirate gear! Have a great vacation, Julie!
Wishing you a pixie-dusted day!
