    During the hours that the monorail is closed for repairs will busses be running to and from the Contemporary and Magic Kingdom? Would it be a direct route? Would it be faster to walk?

    Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!

    Buses will be running for guests staying at the Contemporary Resort.  I just spoke with a Cast Member and she could not confirm if the route was a direct route or not.  It all depends on the crowd levels.  Please note that buses run approximately every 20 minutes, so I would definitely recommend walking.  The walk is approximately 7 to 10 minutes.  I really enjoy the walk when I stay at the Contemporary Resort and I am sure you will, too.
