During the Food & Wine Festival, can you use your snack credits from the dining plan for the items at the kiosks?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Larry!

Epcot International Food & Wine Festival season is one of my favorite times of year to visit Walt Disney World Resort. Grabbing my Festival Passport and strolling around World Showcase to check all of those Global Marketplaces off of my list is my idea of a perfect day at Epcot. This year's Festival is the longest ever, with unique food, drinks, and entertainment available to enjoy from August 29 through November 23, so there's plenty of time to go back again and again for more!

If you're using the Disney Dining Plan on your upcoming vacation, I'm pleased to tell you that that you'll be able to use your Snack credits to purchase most of the dishes served at the Global Marketplaces during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Each person in your party will have two Snack credits to use for each night of your stay at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, so you won't have to choose between the Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese with Baby Potatoes, Cornichons, and Baguette from The Alps, or the Croissant aux Escargots from France, which is one of my favorites every year. Here's an expert tip for your next trip: visit the Front Desk of your Resort Hotel and ask them to separate a Quick-Service credit into three Snack credits for you. My husband and I love to use the Dining Plan this way when we visit during Festival season because we often skip a Quick-Service meal to try more dishes from the Global Marketplaces anyway!

I hope this answers your question, Larry, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
