During extra extra magic hours at Magic Kingdom, does Main St. open early as it normally would? For instance, if the park will be opening at 7:00 can I grab coffee at Main St Bakery at 6:45?

Hi Heather! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Oh my goodness, you are only THREE days away from your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Hooray! You are visiting at such an exciting time with the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and the beginning of this year's Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. You are also catching the last month of Mickey & Minnie's Surprise Celebration, so make sure to stop by and visit with Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse at Town Square Theater during your day in Magic Kingdom Park!

My experience with Extra Magic Hours at Magic Kingdom Park is that they vary from day to day on how early Guests can enter. I've entered anywhere from 15-30 minutes early, and I am guessing that extra, Extra Magic Hours will be the same. Since Disney puts Guest safety first, they have to make sure that everything is ready to go before they open the gates. I suggest getting to the theme park early, then you will either be allowed in early, or you will be one of the first in line to enter and can head straight to Main Street Bakery for your caffeinated pixie dust!

Enjoy your visit, Heather! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
