During Epcot's food and wine festival, can I use counter service credits at kiosks for a lunch or dinner? I know you can get a snack, but if you want more than a single food item, can you use credits for a combo? Do they offer combos at kiosks?

I don't recall any combos being available at the kiosks during Epcot's Food and Wine Festival in the past.  The options really are more "snack-like" in nature.  Likewise, the portions are definitely on the small side, and would not satisfy this hearty appetite for a meal.  Of course, on more than one occasion my husband and I have "saved up" our snack credits for a visit to the Food and Wine Festival and I can speak from experience when I assure you that a meal can certainly be made by tasting your way around the promenade.

Unless there is a change this year, your best bet is to use those counter service credits elsewhere.
