Hello Moms! During the Eat to the Beat concert series, what happens if one of the headliners cancels their shows? Do they replace with a new artist? Will we be notified if we have dining reservations?

Hi Robyn! This is an excellent question and I am not sure if this has ever really happened or at least at the last minute. Disney works hard to bring in some great musical entertainment for the Eat To The Beat Concert Series. They understand that many guests have favorite artists and they plan accordingly so they can be there when they are. However, there is nothing they can do if a group cancels due to illness or other difficulties. They will certainly do their best to replace that group with another favorite so the guests will not be disappointed.

If changes occur I doubt they would be able to notify all those with dining reservations. It is best to keep watching the Disney site to see if changes have happened and proceed with your plans and simply enjoy your evening with great food and great entertainment. Enjoy and I can't wait to be there myself this fall!
