Hi there, Jerri! Thanks for stopping by planDisney! We’re so glad you’re here.
Oh my goodness, swimming with manatees! How cool is that?! That is bound to be such an incredible experience, Jerri, so I’m so excited for you. I’m definitely going to look into checking that out on my next visit to
Walt Disney World.
Based on your question, it looks like you’ll be staying at
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and need to make it over to
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel at 6:15 a.m. to meet your tour. While that is definitely bright and early (super early for a late riser like me!), we can definitely find a way to get you over there in time. First, there are a few local taxi companies, including Mears, that you can call to schedule your pick up. This way, you can book your ride the day before, and just head downstairs at your scheduled departure time. I did a quick Google search for you, and it looks like there are quite a few companies to choose from, so you might want to reach out to a few to get the best rate for your ride and get it scheduled.
Alternatively, you can use a ride share service, like Lyft, to take you over to Walt Disney World Swan Hotel. If using a ride share service, I would recommend giving yourself some extra time for your driver to arrive, as there may not be as many available that early in the morning. The ride between Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and Walt Disney World Swan Hotel is about 7 minutes long, so just make sure you leave enough time to get there for your tour.
Jerri, I’m so excited for you to enjoy your stay at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resorts. While it won’t be the best route to get you to your tour, don’t forget to take a ride on the
Disney Skyliner, located right at your hotel! You'll soar to new heights and enjoy fabulous views of Walt Disney World as you're whisked off to one of the awesome destinations on the Disney Skyliner route. If you have a chance to do so, I would recommend taking the Disney Skyliner over to
EPCOT or
Disney’s Hollywood Studios to enjoy your day in the parks.
I hope you and your family have a magical time on your vacation. We just love answering questions for fabulous fellow Guests like you, so feel free to visit us again if you have any other questions.
See you real soon!
