During Christmas time is there anything Santa "special" that we can do for a 5 year old and a 9 year old (girls)? I have been multiple times but never during Christmas. I know that it will be decorated. How can we keep Christmas tradition while i

    Hi Natalie!

I am thrilled to hear you will be celebrating Christmas at the Walt Disney World Resort!  The most wonderful time of the year is made even more wonderful with the help of a little Disney magic. This Holiday Video includes just a taste of the special events and experiences you'll discover.  As you can see, the Walt Disney World Resort really embraces the holidays and plans many yuletide festivities, including a meet and greet with Mr. Claus, himself.

Any year we vacation over the holidays, my children are always worried Santa won't be able to find them.  If he is unable to add the extra stop to his busy schedule, I assure them he will make a stop once we get home or I let the "Big Guy" know the shipping address of where we will be staying.  Disney Floral and Gifts also offers some great holiday treats and gift baskets you can have delivered to your room.  Last year they even offered a Dreaming of a Disney Christmas In-Room Celebration, which included gifts, decorations and  many other special surprises to add a little holiday warmth to your vacation.  Feel free to bring decorations from home as well (as long as they won't damage your room) to incorporate your holiday traditions.  A few of my Moms Panel friends even brought easy-to-pack Christmas trees with them last year to "spruce" up their rooms.

I hope you have a merry time planning your festive trip.  Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
