There is a lot that I love about the My Disney Experience app, and the
Family & Friends List is one of those features that makes planning, managing, and enjoying a Walt Disney World Resort vacation easy and fun.
I always like to keep my own Family & Friends List as up-to-date as possible. Over the years, as I have visited Walt Disney World Resort with different sets of family and friends, I've added and removed people from my travel party to keep the list current. While I can usually keep the list updated on my own, there are some cases where I need to get a little help .
If you're trying to
remove Guests from your Family & Friends List, you can typically do this yourself by going to your Family & Friends List, finding the person you wish to remove, and clicking the "Update" link to see an option to remove the person from your list. In some cases, though, you might see a message saying that you cannot remove the person from your list.
If you find that you're not able to remove someone from your Family & Friends list, my suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk for assistance. You can call the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. You can also reach out to them through the
online chat service. The talented Help Desk team can work with you to take a look at your Family & Friends list with you.
Lisa, I just recently had an online chat session with the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk to remove someone from my own Family & Friends List who I wasn't able to remove directly myself. The whole process only took a few minutes, and the friendly Cast Member was able to resolve the issue quickly. I'm hopeful for you that you have a similar quick and easy time in cleaning up your own Family & Friends List.
