Laura Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are due to come to Disney on 25th April for 14 nights and have a quick service dining plan for 2 adults and 3 children (6,9,11). How much is it to upgrade the dining plan to table service?

Hi Laura! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for bringing us your question. Your trip sounds absolutely wonderful, and I love that you're already thinking about your dining experience ahead of time. Upgrading from the Quick-Service Dining Plan to the Disney Dining Plan can definitely change the rhythm of your days, so it's a great question to explore.

When it comes to pricing, there isn't a fixed amount for upgrading your Dining Plan that I can share with you. The cost really depends on a variety of factors that are specific to your reservation. Things like your travel dates, the length of your stay, the number of Guests in your party, and even current pricing structures all play a role in determining the exact difference you would need to pay.

Because of that, the most accurate way to find out is to speak directly with someone who can access your booking details. If you booked your trip through a Disney Travel Agent, I would absolutely start there. They'll be able to look at your reservation and tell you exactly what the upgrade would cost, as well as make the change for you if you decide to move forward.

If you booked your vacation directly, then your best option is to call the Walt Disney World help center. A Cast Member will be able to pull up your package, calculate the precise price difference, and walk you through your options in real time.

Laura, I know it's not the most straightforward answer, but once you have that personalized quote, it becomes much easier to decide what works best for your family. Whether you stick with Quick-Service or upgrade, you're in for a delicious and magical stay anyway. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We're always available and more than happy to help here at planDisney!

    Warm hugs,
