Hi, we’re due to visit Disney World Florida next September 2024 and have purchased the new DDP. However, we are wondering if there are set menus at restaurants specifically for DDP diners or if we can just order from the main menu? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Hannah!  Welcome to planDisney!

I was so excited to hear that the dining plans were returning to Walt Disney World on January 9, 2024!  So many Guests have been asking about this due to the cost savings and convenience of having prepaid meals and snacks.

I'm happy to tell you, that there is not a set menu that you need to order from.  You will be able to order from the regular menus that you see posted on the Walt Disney World website.

With the Disney Dining Plan, each member of your party (age 3 and up) will receive a resort refillable mug and the following per night of your stay:

    1 Quick-Service Meal
1 Table-Service Meal (includes Character dining locations)
    1 Snack or Nonalcoholic Beverage

With the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, each member of your party (age 3 and up) will receive a resort refillable mug and the following per night of your stay:

    2 Quick-Service Meals
    1 Snack or Nonalcoholic Beverage

I love how flexible the dining plans are.  You can have your meals and snacks at any time during your vacation.  Meals and snacks that are unused on a particular day will roll over day to day and expire at midnight on the day of checkout.

Hannah, I hope you find this information helpful.  Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with as you plan your magical vacation.
