Michael from Lincolnshire Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I am due to visit all the Disney Parks week commencing 9 April for my 70th Birthday, along with my family and grandchildren ( 10 persons ). My travel company have only provided a will call reference number. Do I need some form of voucher or documentation.

    Hello Michael,

As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, it's both my pleasure and delight to welcome you here to our pixie-dusted spot!

Oh boy, Michael!  There are so many magical things for your whole family of 10 Mouseketeers to look forward to in the next coming days - a zip-a-dee-doo-dah family holiday to Walt Disney World Resort AND celebrating your 70th birthday!

It's so fun that you'll also be in great company as Walt Disney World Resort is celebrating a milestone occasion too with its 50th anniversary "World's Most Magical Celebration" - what a marvellous combination of happy events!

When thinking about your Magic Tickets purchased via a 3rd party travel company, it's always best to go back to the original vendor to enquire about the provision of any Will Call eTicket vouchers.

Upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort, Guests with Will Call eTicket vouchers are welcome to collect physical Disney Theme Park Tickets (or as we sometimes call them, Keys to the World Cards) via any Disney Theme Park ticket booth, or by visiting the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.

Michael, I'm also happy to share that Guests are indeed required to provide Will Call eTicket vouchers, plus a valid photo ID such as a passport or driver's license at the time of collection of their physical Disney Theme Park Tickets.

However, Michael, if you already have everyone's Magic Tickets sucessfully linked to their My Disney Experience accounts, (and have perhaps made those all-important Disney Park Pass reservations for your holiday), there may be no need to collect any physical tickets.

This is made possible as each Guest can access all their ticket entitlements via My Disney Experience Mobile App, or Disney MagicMobile Service on their smart devices.  Or, if you so wish perhaps by purchasing MagicBands and then linking tickets as a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, and convenient way of enjoying their precious family time at Walt Disney World Resort.

Michael, all that now remains is for me to wish you a wonderful birthday trip to the most magical place on earth where I feel sure that you and your whole family of 10 will make some lasting memories altogether with Mickey & Minnie Mouse, and all their Disney pals!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
