    Due to unforseen medical issues I am unable to attend my holiday starting on the 11th of November. Is there any flexibility or variation that I can make to the dates. Thank you

Fortunately, Mickey is a gracious host who understands that your real life can sometimes get in the way of your magical one, so I'm happy to talk you through your options today and hopefully have you walking down Main Street, U.S.A. so very soon. 

    Now, it's important to keep in mind that your booking modification options will vary according to the type of booking and how you booked your vacation. If you purchased theme park tickets or booked your Hotel + Tickets Package directly through the Disneyland Paris website, your booking is subject to the Disneyland Paris Flexible Booking Policy. This policy permits cancellation or modification of vacation packages up to 7 days in advance (3 days for certain theme park ticket purchases) with the opportunity for a full refund. For modifications less than 7 days before arrival, you'll want to refer to the Booking Terms & Conditions, as the alteration fee varies depending on the timeline and type of alteration being requested.

    If you're within the cancellation or modification window, you can typically make your changes online by visiting 'My Bookings' when logged into your Disneyland Paris account. If you don't see the option to modify your booking, I suggest reaching out to a Disney Expert by phone or via the Live Chat feature on the Disneyland Paris website — available 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday and 9:30 AM to 5:45 PM Saturdays, local Paris time — to make the necessary changes as soon as possible.

    It's also important to note that if you made your purchase through a third-party ticketing or travel agency, you'll need to contact them directly and inquire about your options, as they often vary by company.
