Hi there, Sal!
Oh no! I’m sorry things won’t work out for a visit this time around. I hope you get another chance to stop by The Happiest Place on Earth soon.
Although Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are
nonrefundable, wholly unused tickets remain valid for several months after purchase. For example, standard theme park tickets purchased today are valid through December 30, 2023, for one-day tickets. Standard multi-day tickets purchased today must be used within 13 days of the first use or by January 12, 2024, whichever comes first.
To use your tickets on a future date, you may visit the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page to cancel your existing park reservation and then book a new reservation that works for you.
Tony’s Tip: If you don’t see a date that works for you, keep checking the
theme park reservation availability calendar. New dates are generally made available about 120 days in advance. And dates fully booked may sometimes become available when other Guests also need to change their plans. If you are using a 1-Day ticket, be mindful of the
valid dates for the ticket tier you purchased. If you wish to visit on a date that requires a higher-tier ticket, you may upgrade your ticket at a main entrance ticket booth.
I hope you can enjoy a visit to the Disneyland Resort soon, Sal!
