    Hi - we are due to travel to disney from the Uk on 20th February. We are not staying on site but would like to book some experiences and some character dinning. Can you please let me know how I can do this as the app does not allow me? Thanks

    Your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is only a few short weeks away - you must be so excited!

    Character Dining is an absolute must-do for my family during each and every trip. Who doesn't love the opportunity to meet-and-greet their favourite Disney characters whilst enjoying a yummy meal and more importantly, without having to wait in line?

    Garden Grill Restaurant at EPCOT and Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White at Disney's Wilderness Lodge were the top picks from my family's visit last Summer. 

    I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties using the My Disney Experience Mobile App. All guests are able to make dining reservations up to 60 days in advance so in this scenario, I would recommend making your dining reservations via the Walt Disney World website instead.

    I just had a quick search for availability for the dates of your upcoming trip and there does seem to be availability at several character dining locations, at this moment in time.

    In terms of experiences, unfortunately, it is not usually possible to book any of the Enchanting Extras Collection which require pre-payment in advance, from here in the UK.

    If you are wanting to book one of these experiences, I would suggest trying to do so via the Chat feature on the My Disney Experience app but please do bear in mind that it is not guaranteed that reservations can or will be made this way. 

    You can access the Chat feature by tapping the "≡" at the bottom right-hand corner of your home screen on the My Disney Experience app and scrolling down to "Chat With Us".
