I always like to start with the good news, but in this case, let's get the not-so-magical part out of the way first. Unfortunately, the full functionality of the
My Disney Experience App is not available outside the US and tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable, especially as one-day tickets are date-based. I know this might not be what you wanted to hear, but let's help you find a solution.
Since I don’t have the specifics of the tickets you’ve purchased, I can’t give you an absolute answer, but I strongly recommend
calling Guest Services. They’re incredibly helpful and will do their best to assist you. While changing the date of your unused ticket isn't guaranteed, they may be able to make adjustments for you. Keep in mind that you’ll need to cover any difference in cost, and there might be some fees involved, but it’s certainly worth exploring!
