    Hi. We are due to stay at AS Movies in August & have 3 preferred rooms booked. Is there any way to request in advance which 2 of the 3 rooms are interconnecting? Many thanks

    Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with such a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious question for us to help you with!  As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, I must say that it's always both a pleasure and a delight for me to have the pixie-dusted opportunity of assisting a fellow British Guest. 

    Louise, I'm so excited to learn that your grand party of Mouseketeers is all set with 3 x Preferred Rooms at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort for this coming August.  You all must be feeling so eager to arrive at the most magical place on earth this summer so that you can shout "Lights!  Camera!  And.. action!" to begin your much-awaited Disney holibobs.

    Having the convenience of connecting rooms at Disney Resorts Collection hotels is simply wonderful!  I know that in past years my own larger-than-average family has been able to fully enjoy one another's company whilst on holiday by placing requests for interconnecting rooms at the time of booking.

    Louise, I'm more than happy to share that Guests are welcome to place any Resort room requests by speaking in person with a Cast Member with whom you can fully discuss your family's own particular needs.  The Cast Member assisting will be happy to make any room request notes on your already made booking.

    Cast Members can be contacted by dialling the UK freephone number contained within this handy Walt Disney Travel Company - Contact Us webpage.  Prior to calling you'll want to have all your relevant Disney holiday information, and booking confirmation numbers close to hand.

    During the check-in process at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort, it will be possible to again discuss your family's particular needs with the Front Desk Services Cast Member assisting you. 

    However, please do understand that requests can never be guaranteed at Walt Disney World Resort.  Although in my experience, Cast Members will always do their very best to accommodate the wishes of Guests based on current availability and any operational needs.
