Hey, howdy, hey, partner! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Sarah, I'm glad you stopped by with your question and excited to see that you're prepping for your 2nd stay in
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort! In my opinion, Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort with its rustic charm and
plethora of activities, provides the best respite and rest from the hustle and bustle of the parks.
With a full kitchen at your disposal, having some groceries on hand will make your vacation so convenient. As
Disney Vacation Club Members, my family and I often stay in
Villas with a full kitchen and like to make breakfast "in" before we start our day in the parks.
I just spoke with a Cast Member to confirm and if you will be ordering through Garden Grocer, a popular provider, you will pick up your order
after 4:00 pm at the
Front Desk/ Bell services area. If you are hoping to have your groceries put away in your kitchen, you can order groceries directly from the Walt Disney World Resort. To do this, complete the order form found under the
Come "Home" to Fresh Groceries heading and either fax or submit your order to WDWFortWildernessGroceryOrder@disney.com.
However your food arrives, I hope that it helps keep your bellies full and energy up to experience more attractions at your favorite park.
If you need a break from cooking, consider a reservation at my favorite dinner show, located conveniently at Pioneer Hall:
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue! I highly recommend the fried chicken... and... don't forget to save room for dessert!
Best wishes, Sarah and please come back and see us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions you might have,
Lauren
