Hey Jose!
Welcome to
planDisney!
It looks like you have a trip planned to the Happiest Place on Earth! Living here in Southern California, I completely understand your feelings and concern with the rise in cases in the area. According to the rules on the
ticket page,
All tickets are nonrefundable, nontransferable and exclude activities/events separately priced. Tickets may not be sold or transferred for commercial use. Even though your tickets are non-refundable, you are able to cancel your theme park reservation on the
website or through the Disneyland Mobile App and plan a trip at a later time. Check your tickets to see when they expire so you can plan a trip before the expiration date. If your tickets do end up expiring, you can apply the price paid for a wholly unused ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket. I also wanted to mention that the Disneyland Resort has updated their
face covering policy to require them to be worn indoors by all guests regardless of vaccination status. This information may or may not make a difference for you but I thought it was worth mentioning.
Well Jose, there is still plenty of
availability in the next few months for you to postpone your trip. Reach out to us again if you have any more questions.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
Andres
