Greetings, Joji!
A very warm welcome to planDisney! Thanks for chosing to bring your question our way!
I’m so sorry to hear that your plans to visit “The Happiest Place on Earth!” have changed due to health reasons. But, I am happy to report that the
Disneyland Resort makes it easy for you to enjoy a magical vacation when the time is right for you! Go ahead and cancel your upcoming
Theme Park Reservations and rebook for another day in the future. Let me walk you through the steps to make this change. First, log in to your Disneyland Account and select "My Disneyland" then click "Ticket and Reservation Details" and select "Cancel Reservation." Once you receive a confirmation of your cancellation, book a brand new theme park reservation for your desired date. The new reservation can be made immediately if you have a new date in mind. Or if you prefer to wait and see what happens with international travel in the coming months, you can book at a later time. When you’re ready to rebook, check the
Availability Calendar to make sure your new desired date and theme park are accepting reservations for your ticket type.
Unfortunately, canceling your Theme Park Reservation does not trigger a refund. That’s because theme park tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of their expiration date. But, even if you're unable to visit before your tickets expire, don't worry! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. So, when you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and, ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
I hope you found this information to be helpful! If you have any additional questions, send them our way!
