    Hello! Due to flight departure and pet quarantine change, I can't go to the park on the scheduled day. I am leaving Japan definitely. How can I get a refund? If no, can I transfer the tickets to a friend?

    I'm so sorry to hear that you won't be able to make your visit to the Disneyland Resort as you originally planned. Unfortunately, theme park tickets are not refundable. However, not to worry (shinpai shinaide kudasai), you can certainly gift your tickets to a friend to attend in your place. You can forward the email confirmation with the ticket barcodes over to your friend and they can add the tickets to the Disneyland app once they arrive. No need to worry about the name listed on the tickets as the Cast Member will take the ticket user's picture upon entrance which will serve as the ticket holder's identification throughout the use of the ticket. 

    There's a lot happening at the resort right now. The Season of the Force will be in full swing during your friend's visit. Disney Parks Blog just posted with all the details and I can't wait for the return of Hyperspace Mountain. I also can't wait to take in “Fire of the Rising Moons” in Batuu. Seeing the fireworks over the Millennium Falcon with musical accompaniment is going to be epic.
