    Hi due to the current situation we are no longer able to fly to the USA. The Disney tickets linked to me account (phone APP) have now been returned to the supplier for a refund. How do we get those tickets deleted off my account/phone App? Thanks Mike

    I’m sorry to hear that you will not be able to make the trip to the United States for your Walt Disney World vacation. I am also relieved that you have secured a refund for your Park Tickets. We have a similar scenario where a relative may not be able to make an overseas trip so that I could answer both your question and mine! Thank you!

    I contacted Guest Services, and they let me know that the Tickets should fall off your My Disney Experience account automatically once the vendor cancels them as you have requested that they do. This process can take up to 72 hours after your Tickets are refunded. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to Ticket Services, where a helpful Cast Member can help you further!
