I contacted Guest Services, and they let me know that the Tickets should fall off your
My Disney Experience account automatically once the vendor cancels them as you have requested that they do. This process can take up to 72 hours after your Tickets are refunded. If you have any further questions, feel free to
reach out to Ticket Services, where a helpful Cast Member can help you further!
