Due to Covid changes how do you reschedule your visit?

Hello, Amber! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by to see us again! I see that you may be considering rescheduling your upcoming November trip that you discussed with my amazing co-panelist, Tamela! It is certainly a bummer to have to reschedule your visit, but luckily Walt Disney World makes it easy and simple to do so!

Even before these uncertain times, Walt Disney World vacations have always been easy to modify and reschedule. If you are more than 30 days from your check-in date, which it seems like you are, you should contact Disney Reservations via phone or your Disney Travel Agent if you used one. Let them know that you would like to modify your reservation, and they will help you make this happen! The sooner, the better, of course, as you may be subject to fees as your vacation dates draw nearer. Changes made within 30 days of arrival may incur a $50 change fee per package, and changes made within 14 days of arrival may incur an additional $15 processing fee. In most cases, you will receive a refund of your deposit and any payments made so far, and then book a brand new reservation to replace the prior one!

Amber, I hope that these tips help you get on your way to your next Disney getaway! Check out the Special Offers pages to see if any upcoming offers may suit you and your group! Plus, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog to read about all the exciting events on the horizon in and around Walt Disney World. Whenever you are ready for it, that Disney magic you know and love is there for you! And we are here for you too, ready to help you continue planning your next amazing trip.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
