Hiya Stephen - welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks so much for stopping by with your question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan magical Walt Disney World Resort holidays! You're visiting during the
Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration full of exciting new attractions, entertainment, food, and so much more!
If I'm understanding your question correctly, it sounds like you are looking to purchase Theme Park Tickets for four Guests, and two of those Guests may need additional pixie-dusted accommodations to ensure that
everyone has a magical time! While Walt Disney World Resort has
many services for Guests with various disabilities, the Disability Access Service (DAS) is a specific offering for Guests who may have difficulty using the standard attraction queues due to a disability.
Once a Guest is registered for DAS, they will be able to make attraction selections using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App within the Theme Park and will be provided with a return time. Upon returning to the attraction at that time, the Guest and up to five additional Guests will be permitted to use the attraction's Lightning Lane entrance for a reduced wait. Importantly, DAS is
not a separate Theme Park Ticket or an add-on that is purchased. Instead, it is something you will register for and get set up at a Guest Relations location within a Theme Park once you arrive.
So, that brings us back to
Theme Park Tickets. I see that there is currently a fantastic offer for our United Kingdom friends on a 14-day Magic Ticket. It even includes exciting extras like the ability to visit multiple parks after 2 p.m. each day and visits to
Water Parks! When you purchase your tickets, be sure to check the
Park Pass Reservation calendar to see which Theme Parks are still available to reserve on the dates you plan to visit. You'll want to make a reservation for each day of your visit in advance.
The good news is that even if a park does
not have reservation availability for a specific day, you should still be able to hop over to that park after 2 p.m. with your ticket that includes the Park Hopper Option. You'll just need to make a
Park Pass Reservation for any available Theme Park for that day, visit that first park, and then hop around after 2 p.m.! In rare instances, a park may reach capacity, and park hopping will be limited. You would be notified about this restriction with a notification through the My Disney Experience Mobile App on that day.
I hope this information is helpful, but if I haven't completely answered your question, or you have more,
please stop by again!Ryan J.
