How do I get duck transportation from hotel.

    Hi Stephanie!

Welcome aboard planDisney, and thanks for asking an important question about transportation for your upcoming cruise. As they sing in one of my favorite vacation tunes, “ya gotta get away to where the boat leaves from.”

Disney Cruise Line offers ground transportation for many departure ports but you must add this to your reservation in advance. Please know this is available from Walt Disney World Resort hotels or certain partner hotels in the departure city, and there is a per-person fee for this service. You can add ground transportation by logging into your Disney Cruise Line reservation on either the website or the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app under Next Steps. You may also call to speak with a friendly Crew Member and add this to your reservation.

I love the peace of mind that comes with arranging Disney’s ground transportation for our trips; I can relax and know the details will be managed so I can be in full-on vacation mode. If you’ve arranged a hotel stay that does not offer Disney transportation, you can use a rideshare service or taxi in the departure city to get to the ship by your Port Arrival Time (PAT).

Please bring us any other questions you have as you make your final arrangements and get ready for your incredible cruise!

Wishing you a practically perfect sailing,
    Amy
