My 6yo Dtr to have the Crown Package at BB Boutique. Should we do this first thing so that she could wear it all day? Or later when the MK is more crowded & do some rides/attractions first. Want to make the best use of time! We do have ADR at CRT at 5:

I think a later appointment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique would fit better with your day in the Magic Kingdom. Enjoy some rides and attractions in the morning, have an early lunch, and then get an appointment for mid afternoon. That way your daughter will be fresh and ready to meet the Fairy Godmother and friends at Cinderella's Royal Table in the castle at 5:00pm. The pictures you take will be great memories of this event for your daughter and the last thing you would want is to have the hair and dress all askew from a happy day in the park!
