My dtr 16 and BF 18 are are recieving a gift of 2 days at WDW, they are not into the rides. both are first-timers - they think they are too old! Don't want them to miss this opportunity-where/what attractions should I suggest for their age?

It can sometimes be hard to convince teenagers that Disney World is not all about just Mickey and Minnie and characters.

I would definitely head to EPCOT for one of the days as there is a lot to see and do for older children in this park.  They will soon realize that Disney rides are really attractions that are not just about the thrills but also about learning in a fun way.  Test Track, Soarin, Spaceship Earth, and Mission Space are just a few of the things that are must see and do's in this park.  The World Showcase is like a mini tour of the world where they can actually meet native cast members to those countries and learn more about them.  If you wanted to head over to Hollywood Studios from here for a few hours it is just a short water taxi ride from the International Gateway entrance to the World Showcase.  When you reach this park you will want to head to Tower of Terror, Rock m Roller Coaster, and Toy Story Mania for sure!

It is hard not to tell someone to go to the Magic Kingdom at least for part of a day when they visit Walt Disney World.  This is where it all began and it is truly magical in its own right.  There are plenty of fun things to see and do here in this park for the older crowd as well and you can see all the attractions listed on the Disney website by clicking HERE.

If you have great animal lovers then the Animal Kingdom is a great place to visit.  Here you can see up close many different species of animals from around the world whether it is on one of the walking trails or on the safari ride.

There is just so much to see and do for the teenager at Walt Disney World....tours, recreation, but with two days only you will have to make tough choices!
