    DSIL wants simple small wedding @ DW. Family will help with simply decorations, cake & such. Can she get married @ park or property ex Poly beach without going thru DFTW&H. She will have own pastor & photographer & we will stand to view.

    Hi Jennifer! A Disney wedding is an exciting time as everywhere you look is a magical setting.

    Disney does not allow weddings that are not part of their wedding department. The feeling that every beach and lobby or other special spot would become a constant sea of white is to be understood. With doing a Fairy Tale Wedding they can monitor that the same spot is not going to be closed off to other guests and the weddings can be intimate and special for the bride and groom.

    Have your son in law call the Disney Wedding department to see what the minimum cost for a wedding might be. It might be in the budget once you hear what is included in the price. If nothing else perhaps you can enjoy a lovely wedding dinner together in one of the many fine restaurants on property.
