    Have dropped by Disney website in past week. Looking at planning trip soon for fall, after October 1st 2012. Can't see any open dates at Value Hotels?

    Hi Stephen!

    Fall is a fabulous time to visit the mouse! You can enjoy pleasant temperatures, Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival and the Disney After Hours Boo Bash. And this year Walt Disney World celebrates its 50th birthday!

    Currently your best bet for a Value Resort October reservation is Disney's All-Star Music Resort. This hotel only recently announced its reopening date, so rooms are open. When I checked availability, most dates in October were an option.

    My family is also planning an October trip to Walt Disney World and discovered our preferred resort had no availability. To snag the resorts and dates we wanted, my husband and I both checked the Resort Reservation page daily until our desired spot opened up. Keep trying!
