How do I drop off guests?

Hey, howdy, hey! Thanks for cruising by planDisney with your question, Stacy!

My family regularly uses the Disneyland Resort Guest Pickup and Drop-Off on Harbor Boulevard but there are two locations at the resort that you can use. Here is information from the Disneyland Resort website on how to access them:

    • Downtown Disney District – Take Magic Way from Disneyland Drive, then turn left at Downtown Drive and follow signs to the drop-off area. Standard parking rates will apply after the 15-minute grace period.
    • Harbor Boulevard – Enter the drop-off area from the right southbound lane of South Harbor Boulevard between South Manchester Avenue and Disney Way.

Stacy, these areas are also used for Uber/Lyft and Taxi drop-offs so they can get congested during peak times (i.e. park opening and closing). These areas cannot be used for parking and unattended vehicles are not allowed.

It is also important to note that all Disneyland Resort guests will go through security screening when entering the resort from either drop-off location.

I hope this information helps, Stacy! If you have any other questions or need more help with how to get the Disneyland Resort, please let me know. I'd be happy to assist!

    See ya real soon,
    Melissa
