Bright Suns, Zachary!
First, let me say that I sense you are one of our most critical allies in the Resistance. I am proud to greet another North Carolinian committed to the Cause. Your successful droid building at
Droid Depot at the Walt Disney World Resort is worthy of congratulations! On our most recent visit in December, we also took our droid building efforts quite seriously. Thankfully, we have two young Jedi who are skilled at using the Force and deciphering blueprints!
We also had our droids shipped home. Much to our surprise, they were on our front porch when we returned from our eight-day trip. You could call Merchandise Guest Services at 877-560-6477 to inquire about your package. Currently, they can be reached from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. When we shipped our droids, we also received a pink receipt that included a Ship Doc number. Our package came via UPS Ground shipping. After it was delivered, I checked the tracking process and was able to go to the UPS site to track by reference number using the Ship Doc number on our delivery receipt. Our package showed as delivered.
Given the speed at which we need to gather our Resistance forces and train, I suspect that your droids will arrive soon. Ours were happy to have made the journey safely. If you need a little support re-assembling or activating your droid when it arrives home, remember to refer to the
BB-Series Unit Instruction Manual or the
R-Series Unit Instruction Manual.
Zachary, these truly are perilous times. I trust that you were able to find allies on Batuu at
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and
Oga's Cantina at the Walt Disney World Resort. Your courage for the Cause is evident and we are hopeful that there will soon be peace in the galaxy!
Good journey,
Donyell
