We are driving to WDW from Wisconsin, and will arrive at night. If we call our resort will we be able to do a late check in? Probably around 8pm. I tried calling but was on hold forever, so I just hung up. Thought I would try getting an answer this way.

    Hi, Tara!

As long as you have your room booked properly and have made all required payments, a late check-in is no problem.  On one occasion, my husband and I had flight delays and did not arrive at our resort until almost 2:00 a.m. and it was no problem at all.  The Cast Members were welcoming and had our room waiting for us.

To save you some time upon arrival, plan to do online check-in when you are within 10 days of your magical vacation.   This will speed up the process when you arrive so you can get to your room quicker and get some rest!

Have a safe road trip from Wisconsin and we will See Ya Real Soon!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
