    We are driving to WDW from VA on Jan 19,2014. We will probably get to our resort after check-in time. How long will they hold our reservation?

    Hi Jeremy,

    If you've paid for your resort room with a credit card, they won't release your room. You certainly don't have to arrive before or at check-in to keep your room reservation. To make the process easier, however, you may want to do online check-in. You can do this up to 10 days prior to your arrival. One of the questions you'll be asked is when you plan on arriving. That gives cast members at least a window where they know to expect your arrival and helps housekeeping make sure your room is ready. It also lets you get to your room a bit quicker since your welcome folder and Key to the World card will be waiting for you when you arrive.
