    We will be driving to WDW from Jacksonville. We are staying on property and have purchased park tickets in advance. Can we go straight to the park, or do we have to stop by the hotel first to have our magic bands "activated"?

    Hello Steve,

    Your MagicBands will be active for theme park admission when you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you are using the Disney Dining Plan or wish to use your MagicBands for room charging, you'll need to stop at your resort to check-in and have those features activated.
