Will be driving in to WDW and arriving at 9:00 a.m.ish Does Coronado Springs have a place to shower or freshen up after our long night drive, if our room isn't ready for check in?

    Hi, Kelly!

Arriving at Coronado Springs will be so wonderful after a long drive!  Unfortunately, I do not know of any location you can grab a shower.  However, you may want to make a note on your reservation that you plan on an early arrival as well as send a friendly fax directly to the resort a few days before you arrive to remind them that you will be getting there in the early morning. Just remember that an early check-in time cannot be guaranteed.

To increase your chances of getting your room ASAP, do not add room requests.  If "any" room will do, you are more likely to be able to access it early in the day.  If you want a specific room type, remember that guests in that room(s) may not check-out until 11am.

Wishing you a safe drive and magical arrival in Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
