    We might be driving a rental car to WDW, arriving about 3 hours prior to check-in time AOA. Can we unload our belongings at our resort and head directly to a park, and have our things taken to our room while we are out?

    Thanks so much for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Once you arrive at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, head over to the front desk and inform a Cast Member that you are ready to begin your vacation by starting at the theme parks. Depending on the exact time you arrive and the room accommodations available, your room may be available for you to go and leave your luggage. 

    If more time is needed to make your resort room practically perfect for your stay, just speak with a Cast Member at Bell Service and they will be more than happy to store your luggage until your room is available. Also, request that you would like your luggage delivered to the room once it is ready! Simply magical!

    Also, complete the online check-in using your My Disney Experience account online. This will allow you to skip stopping by the front desk and going straight to Bell Service with your luggage. Online check-in will inform you by text when your room is ready and the room number! That way, you can go enjoy the parks worry free and head to your straight to your room when you're ready!
