We are driving to the property and staying at Art of Animation, but would like to do an early breakfast at 1900 Park Fare on the morning of our arrival before going to Magic Kingdom for the rest of the day. Do you have any suggestions for transportation?

    Hi Abigail,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I think starting your Walt Disney World Resort vacation with an early breakfast at 1900 Park Fare is a fabulous idea. Since you are planning to visit Magic Kingdom Park after your breakfast, I don't think you should plan to park at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Parking is limited at the resort and they will issue a three-hour parking pass. Three hours would not give you enough time for your breakfast and a visit to the park.

If you are arriving super early, you can check in at Disney's Art of Animation Resort and leave your luggage with Bell Services until your room is ready. You could also leave your car there and take Walt Disney World Transportation to Magic Kingdom Park. From there, you could take a monorail or a boat over to your breakfast reservation.

If you prefer to go to your resort after visiting Magic Kingdom Park, you can park in the Magic Kingdom Parking and take a monorail from the Transportation and Ticket Center to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. After enjoying a day at Magic Kingdom Park, your car will be waiting for you to drive over and check-in to Disney's Art of Animation Resort.

Abigail, thank you for visiting us with your question. I hope you'll let us know if we can help you with any other planning questions!
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
